The Penns Valley YMCA and Tough Mudder have partnered for one of the most challenging runs you may ever participate in! Join us on September 29 at the Pocono Raceway as we put the pedal to the medal and conquer miles of trails, mud, and some of the best obstacles in the world! If you can complete a 5K, you have what it takes to be a Tough Mudder.

Just like the mud, the discounts are deep! We’re offering FREE entry into the Pocono Tough Mudder for a savings of $175.00! Run with a group, run solo, or run other races on the 2024 schedule.
