Relax, stretch, and unwind! Join us for a gentle yoga class where we will focus on stretching key areas of the body that hold daily stress and tension. We will do poses that encourage healthy spinal alignment, stretch tight muscles, and release stress and tension. This end of the day wind-down class will relax your muscles, stretch your spine, regulate your breathing, and set you up for a great nights rest.
