YOGA WITH MINDFUL MOVEMENT AND BREATH WORK
Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30 AM
This class focuses on finding a healthy balance between stability and flexibility. By moving through a variety of yoga postures, qigong/t’ai chi inspired movements, and breathing exercises, we encourage a clearer energy flow throughout the entire body. Based on each participant’s unique needs, positional variations will be provided with a focus on safe alignment. Meditation with guided imagery will also be incorporated to support deep relaxation. Whether a novice or seasoned yogi/yogini, you will leave this class feeling both recharged and relaxed.
