Class starts with 10 minutes of Cardio warm up and includes strength and core training for all upper and lower body major muscles, using various pieces of exercise equipment. Class ends with long stretches.

All group exercise classes at the Moshannon Valley YMCA are free for members. Non-members must purchase a daily guest pass at the front desk in order to take a class.
