The Penns Valley Program Center officially opened in January 2016 after renovations in the late summer / fall of 2015 to the old Getting Pharmaceutical building in Spring Mills.  The building had been sitting vacant for some time, and community members wanted to find a way to re-purpose the facility in a way that would benefit the community.  Thanks to generous donors, the YMCA of Centre County was able to fill this need.  The Program Center currently has a fitness center, two aerobics studios, an indoor play structure for children, and a childcare room for a before- and after-school program.
