Silversneakers® & Silver & Fit at the Y:

Silversneakers® and Silver & Fit are fun, energizing programs that help older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events.

These programs are benefits offered to members of many medicare plans across the U.S. If you are part of a medicare health plan or if you are a group retiree you may already have the Silversneakers® or Silver & Fit benefit.

Find out if your health plan or medicare supplement carrier offers either of these programs, and you can sign up for a FREE membership to the YMCA of Centre County.

Prime Membership at the Y

Designed specifically with you in mind (ages 18-64 years), Prime was created to improve your well-being and lifestyle while helping you look and feel great. Prime includes a free basic membership. This program will inspire you to take charge of your own health and fitness by providing you the resources you need to stay motivated and active.

This is a benefit offered by employers and/or your health plan. To find out if you are eligible and the cost contact your employer.

If you qualify for a Prime Membership, come to any of our four facilities to sign-up for your free membership to the YMCA of Centre County.
