YMCA of Centre County is an approved Pre-K Scholarship Organization eligible to directly receive donations through Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC). EITC awards tax credits to eligible businesses contributing to qualified organizations, like YMCA of Centre County. Donations received through the EITC program provide scholarships for the YMCA’s licensed Pre-K programs, located in Bellefonte and Philipsburg. This ensures that more kids can have more access to a high-quality Pre-K education.
